I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, as it was very close to the beautiful Rainbow Bay beach. I loved how easy it was to walk to and from the beach areas. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel had a range of fantastic amenities, including a swimming pool, sun terrace, and even a fitness centre. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. I was extremely impressed with this place and would definitely recommend it.

In terms of cons, I can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel. However, I would highly recommend this place to families as well.

The location of this accommodation couldn't be better. It is so close to everything and only a short walk to the beach. The rooms are practical, big, and clean, with fully furnished kitchens. The balconies provide a lovely view and are perfect for catching up on the morning sunrises. The management is friendly and helpful.

There seems to be an issue with the supply of cleaning products in the apartments, which causes inconvenience during long stays.

Location and view. Also managers were delightful and helpful.

The apartment had an amazing view and was spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect as it offered easy access to the beach and other attractions nearby. We also appreciated the friendly staff who were always willing to assist us with anything we needed during our stay.

We would have appreciated more bathroom supplies and a speaker to listen to music. there were some maintenance issues such as a broken door handle and smoke alarm beeping, which affected our overall experience.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and it was in an excellent location. The view was fantastic and the ground and pool were well maintained

Being over charged for room the price, was 740 for one room and 800 for second room , they charged us 800 for both rooms and didn`t want to listren to what we told them on difference on prices

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - I was so close to everything I wanted to see and do. It was just a quick walk to the beach, and I could easily get around the city with public transportation. The hotel facilities were impressive and had everything I needed, from ample cooking pots in the kitchen to secure parking. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even better.

Well priced for two bedroom apartments , with large living room and kitchen. Bathrooms conveniently located next to each bedroom.

Bedroom curtains did'nt cover the night lights, and sunrise..

Not much. View was ok.

Difficult to park. Poor communication. Reception closed early on Friday afternoon. Also closed on return of keys on Sunday. Very early checkout 0930am. Only told of late check out option once keys handed in on Sunday morning. No fans or air-conditioning in unit. Stove door broken. Walls in 2nd bedroom of unit were badly marked and scuffed. Kitchen very dated. Furniture needs up dating. Although away from main entertainment area cost as much if not more. Very poor internet connection, which is not available in room. Sliding doors to veranda difficult to open. Won't be staying there again.

The ocean view from the room and the nearby attractions were great. The room was cozy with a comfortable bed and clean linen. The hotel provided ample shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner bottles.

The hotel had horrible room service, The housekeepers did a lousy cleaning job throughout our stay. We ran out of toilet paper and soap multiple times, and we had to call the front desk every time to get more.

Great location, secure parking, pool and spa, lots of space, good kitchen and shower.
